RESERVATION
POLICY - A valid credit card is required to secure
all reservations. Holiday weekends 3 nights minimum stay required
for some units. One night reservations at owners discretion.
Call ahead for details. Please understand that you will be
charged for the number of days you reserve.
CANCELATION POLICY - If you cancel within 3 weeks
of your reserved dates you will be charged for one night if your
booked dates are not re-rented.
If you cancel within 1 week of your reserved dates, or if you do
not cancel and fail to arrive you will be charged for all of the
reserved nights unless your booked unit is re-sold.
PAYMENT POLICY - The total of rent due
for all days reserved must be paid upon arrival. No refund will be
allowed for early departures. A charge of $25 will be assessed for
bad checks. House keeping units not left in satisfactory condition
will be charged a $25 cleaning fee.
PET POLICY - We allow well
behaved, altered dogs to stay in our cabins
and the Family House. The fee for dogs up to 35lbs. is $8 per day,
for dogs 35 lbs and over the fee is $12 per day. Dogs must not
be left unattended on the property at any time.
SMOKING POLICY-
Smoking is not permitted indoors in any unit. Convenient outdoor areas
with ashtrays and butt cans are available for all of our accommodations.
Your account will be charged $1.00 for
each carelessly discarded butt that is found in the vicinity of your
unit. A $50.00 sanitizing
fee will be added to your bill if evidence of indoor smoking is discovered.
